2005 was the first full harvest and produced four tons of intense cabernet fruit, which was then fermented in an open top fermenter at the Robert Biale Winery; the resulting wine is a satiny, full-bodied delight, effusive with currants, black cherries and surrounded by hints of toast and dark chocolate. After a full year on the cork, this marvelous cabernet will be ready for release in late 2008. Pre-order it now.
